If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website or engaging in any of our services. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the website and clients of Naomi & Co.

2. Services Provided

Naomi & Co. specializes in event planning services, including but not limited to:

  • Weddings

  • Corporate Events

  • Private Parties and Celebrations

  • Destination Events

  • Event Design and Décor Services

  • Vendor Coordination and Recommendations

  • Event Consultation and Coordination

Details of each service are provided during consultations or in separate service agreements. Any additional services requested by the client will be outlined in the agreement and may be subject to additional charges.

3. Booking Process and Payments

  • Initial Inquiry: To begin the event planning process, clients must submit a contact form or email bookings@naomiandco.com. A preliminary consultation will be arranged to discuss the client's vision, event details, and required services.

  • Service Agreement: After the consultation, a detailed service agreement will be provided, outlining the scope of services, payment schedule, terms, and conditions.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure the event date. The amount of the deposit will be outlined in the service agreement.

  • Payment Schedule: The remaining balance of the event planning services must be paid according to the payment schedule in the contract. All payments should be made on time to avoid any delays or disruption to the planning process.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via [List of acceptable payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, etc.].

  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services. A fee may be charged for overdue payments, and the event may be delayed if payments are not received on time.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Client Cancellation: If the client cancels the event, the deposit is non-refundable. If the event is canceled after full payment has been made, the client may be entitled to a partial refund based on services rendered up until the cancellation date. Cancellation terms will be specified in the contract.

  • Naomi & Co. Cancellation: Naomi & Co. reserves the right to cancel services in cases of force majeure or unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, personal emergencies, or governmental restrictions. In such cases, the client will be offered a refund for services not rendered, or we will work together to reschedule the event.

  • Rescheduling: In the event of a rescheduling request, the client must notify Naomi & Co. as soon as possible. Additional fees may apply for rescheduled events, and availability will depend on Naomi & Co.'s calendar.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Event Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information regarding their event needs, preferences, and special requests.

  • Communication: Clients must maintain clear and prompt communication with Naomi & Co. throughout the planning process. Failure to respond to communication requests within a reasonable time frame may delay the planning process.

  • Vendor and Venue Contracts: Naomi & Co. may work with third-party vendors on behalf of the client. However, clients are responsible for finalizing contracts directly with vendors and venues unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service agreement.

  • Changes to Event: Any changes to the event details, including the scope of services or timeline, must be communicated in writing at least [X] days in advance. Clients may be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of last-minute changes.

6. Vendor and Third-Party Services

Naomi & Co. works with a network of trusted vendors to provide additional event services, such as catering, photography, floristry, etc. However, clients have the option to select their own vendors. Naomi & Co. is not responsible for the performance or actions of third-party vendors, and clients must coordinate all vendor contracts, payments, and communications directly with the vendors.

7. Event Timeline and Coordination

  • Event Day Management: Naomi & Co. will manage the event timeline and ensure that vendors are on schedule. However, the client must provide final approval on the event schedule and ensure that all parties involved are available and prepared for the event.

  • Event Rehearsals: If required, Naomi & Co. will coordinate the wedding rehearsal, providing guidance to the bridal party and vendors to ensure the event day runs smoothly.

8. Liability and Indemnification

  • Limitations of Liability: Naomi & Co. is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, third-party vendor failure, acts of nature, or other unforeseen events.

  • Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold Naomi & Co. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the client's failure to comply with the terms outlined in the service agreement or this document.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of Materials: All content, logos, designs, photographs, and other materials provided by Naomi & Co. are the intellectual property of Naomi & Co. and may not be used without prior written consent.

  • Client Content: The client grants Naomi & Co. permission to use images, photos, and videos from the event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media and marketing materials, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

10. Privacy Policy
